Animation (EPILEPSY WARNING)

The animation I worked on the other day didn't turn out good, so I decided to try my hand at something else. I created this to be used later on in the story and to test my animation skills. It's a simple 2-frame animation and more could be happening to draw away from the flashing, but for a first time animator, it looks good.

Progress

I've started work on the next few panels. I'm going to include the first animated gif if all goes well with the work of tonight and tomorrow.

I've finally started to pick up making panels again. More thought and detail about each character are going to be added in as of now.

Costume Designs

As all the character's powers increase, as will be seen later on, they will get new outfits as they power up, called God Tiers. These are the designs for them as of now, and the faces are there for reference to see whose is whose. They're crappily edited on, but the outfits themselves look good.

I was having a little trouble focusing tonight

My sudden headaches made it somewhat hard to focus tonight, so I began furiously working on a few things for Jacob in the future.
I wish I could have done more, but with recent happenings, this is the most I feel I can shoot out.

16-Bit sprites

Over the weekend, I started making 16-bit video game-esque sprites to portray the characters in a diffrent way. I made these before today, and I'll get back to the regular updates tomorrow.
These, however were rather easy to make and I decided to upload the 4 of them now instead of periodically as to get away from my own bullcrap.

Next intro

The next intro is going to be for Tyler. However, since it will have more panels than the others thus far, it's taking longer to create. It should be done on either Monday or Tuesday.

Angel Talksprites

These are the talksprites for Angel. The same rule with his glasses go for Tyler's. These are probably the last talksprites I'll post for a while, as I want to get back to actual panels and these are still taking far too long..

Vincent Talksprites

So far, these sprites are the best improvement from when I first did them months ago. There are many more expressions and it seems to be more in character. I'm trying out new styles with the pixels as well, more straight lines and other things.

Tyler Talksprites

These are really all the talksprites I think I'll need for Tyler. The glasses on the far right are used in the story, they just have not been shown yet. They will become a regular part of Tyler's character. The pixels on these are very good, and I'm seeing much improvement in myself. The time is also getting shorter in which I create them.

Lyss Talksprite Sheet

Here we have the spritesheet I worked on today for Lyss, who hasn't yet seen her introduction.
This took super long to edit and color, but I'm very proud of the outcome and think it's some of my best work.
